How to Use the Earplugs

1. Wash your hands and pinch the earplug handle with your fingers.

2. With your other hand, gently pull the top of your ear outward to open the ear canal.

3. Slowly insert the earplug into the ear canal, leaving about 2/4 of the earplug outside for easy removal.
