30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unworn or unused, with tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return is approved, you can send your item back — **we cover all return shipping costs**. Customers will not be charged for return shipping.  
Ship your item following the instructions to complete the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.  
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
